Having worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years prior to going freelance, I'm always happy to return to pubs, bars and kitchens to capture the things that make them so special. I take a personal approach to capturing these local treasures - the people behind the bars are just as important (if not more) as the drinks they're serving to the people in front of them; people are what make a pub after all. Beautiful photos of delicious beer are still crucial, of course.
